EPC South is headed by Simon Godrich, Dip DEA (Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment)

Simon was one of the first to qualify as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) in June 2007 just as Home Information Packs were introduced.

Simon was initially employed by one of the larger national HIP providers, overseeing a team of 14 DEA’s across the South Coast.

Since starting EPC South in 2008, Simon has built up a well respected business with a wide clientele including many Estate Agents, Letting Agents, Solicitors, Housing Associations and a number of individual Landlords and Sellers.

EPC South is also on the surveying panel of a number of national EPC providers.

In 2009 EPC South was granted membership of the Hampshire County Council “Buy With Confidence” scheme, a register of approved businesses and traders, recognised by such organisations as “Which”.

Simon is accredited with three accreditation companies, BRE, Quidos and Northgate and carries full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
