We currently supply Energy Performance Certificates to several local Housing Associations

We can offer a structured approach to your needs, including making all the appointments with your tenants and giving you regular progress reports.

All we need from you is a list of your housing stock and contact details for your tenants.

In some instances we can operate a system of multiple certification, which speeds up the process, particularly for Social Housing providers where there may be large numbers of identical properties. This can also reduce costs for individual certificates.

The EPC will last for 10 years. 

If there are any major changes to the property, e.g. the fitting of a new boiler or double glazing, it may be advisable to obtain a new or updated certificate to reflect the improvements.
